Once you know what will best work for your genes, you will likely see changes in weight, energy levels, how you respond to exercise, and potentially changes in other markers that you may test on your own (blood pressure, blood sugar).
4YOU by Celebrate is a weight loss program that helps bariatric patients tackle weight regain. There are four main domains of the program: Nutrition, Fitness, Behavior, and Genetics. By individualizing nutrition coaching to the needs of your genetic makeup, we provide sustainable lifestyle changes to help the disease of obesity become much more manageable for long-term success!
4YOU by Celebrate is the only weight loss program that offers a genetic test component to create truly individualized care. After completing your genetic test, you will have a one-on-one nutrition coaching session to understand how your DNA reacts to your environment and how to make successful diet and lifestyle changes.
4YOU by Celebrate is an 8-week program that teaches you how to make small and simple diet modifications that build upon each other as you progress through the program. Included in 4YOU Essentials and 4YOU Ultimate are the supplements you need to begin the program. We provide meal plans, a cookbook, and a guide to help build your own meals and snacks. All of this is presented through recorded and live videos on the 4YOU by Celebrate interactive platform. There, you will also be able to engage with fellow program members and build your community to success!
4YOU by Celebrate features specially-crafted fitness videos by an Exercise Physiologist. Following these videos will help you jump-start your exercise routine and become more mobile. You will also get a better understanding of the different forms of exercise and how they impact your body. Simple workout routines are provided that address and fit anyone’s comfort level with fitness.
4YOU by Celebrate includes a focus on cognitive behavioral therapy. This will help you take a deeper dive into the root causes of behaviors that are contributing to bariatric regain. Time is spent each week for you to evaluate your mindset on your journey to success!
